Under discussion: online fulfilment | In Depth | Retail Week
No doubt HDNL put up money & resources to pull these people together and hosted a great lunch with discussion.
sadly, my guess is that there is no competitor of theirs present and the crux of the issue of 'fulfilment' might not have been explored.. what are the likely solutions..
